- Now I am showing my age a bit! I do not know if you all remember
the K-Mart Blue Light Special. This is when they would run a short
term special price on an item and would put a blue flashing light
in the aisle?
Well this is NOT K-Mart, but there is a special going on right now
with homes! We are seeing home prices start to rise again! Interest
rates are projected to increase throughout 2010 and the Tax Credit
ends on April 30th ($8,000 for first time buyers and $6,500 for
buying again buyers).
